**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain data governance frameworks for SSC in alignment with corporate MDM, ensuring master data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with teams to define and standardize master data structures and maintain data integrity.
- Act as a liaison for SSC MDM initiatives, ensuring alignment between IT, business units, and external vendors.
- Provide insights into leading practices in governance, driving the SSC organization’s MDG strategy.
- Manage strategic initiatives in data governance and automation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct business case analysis and financial evaluations for supply chain initiatives and programs.
- Develop and implement advanced analytical approaches and project strategies for supply chain optimization using industry expertise.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve objectives.
- Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the big data space.
- Coordinate with functions to identify and prioritize automation ideas; interface with Automation team for develop and deployment
- Evaluates the business consequences of integrating technology into the present and future business landscape, identifying emerging business prospects.
- Lead digital transformation efforts, optimizing workflows, processes, and system integrations.
- Evaluate and deploy new digital tools, focusing on automation and efficiency improvements.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to streamline data flows and enhance system connectivity.
- Promote automation in data collection, processing, and reporting using advanced tools like RPA and AI.
- Identify and implement process improvements, converting recommendations into impactful business plans
- Oversee training initiatives and coordinate with learning teams to enable process changes and upskilling.
- Define and monitor balanced scorecard metrics to maintain high standards of data quality
- Drive integration of emerging technologies and innovation in big data and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and quality standards, providing feedback to mitigate risks

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in master data management tools (e.g., S4 Hana MDM, Informatica, Oracle).
- Strong expertise in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with automation tools like UiPath, Automation anywhere, Power automate or other RPA software.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
