**Job Summary**:

- Responsible for managing the kitchen operations
- Responsible for maintaining stock and hygiene in kitchen

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Responsible for managing the kitchen operations - Food preparation and cleaning
- Responsible for allocating shifts for Kitchen staff
- Responsible for ensuring food items are available on time
- Responsible to reduce food wastage
- Responsible for training new hires
- Should be willing to perform the role of team members in the case of emergency
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Hands on experience in kitchen supervision
- Hands on experience in Kitchen stock management
