Home World is seeking a dynamic **Site Supervisor **to join its design team.

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team. The site supervisor's responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees. You should also be able to perform first aid in emergencies.

To be successful as a site supervisor, you should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations. Ultimately, an outstanding site supervisor should be able to interpret building plans as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Site Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Site visit for measurement.
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction teams/subcontractors.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Coordination in verification of material & vendor/supplier claims.
- Coordinating with Client in all site work activities under the guidance of Manager.
- To follow the project construction schedule on a daily basis & update same to internal reporting groups to ensure timely completion of project site.
- Make daily site reports
- Control and monitor labour, material and equipments and all related matters.
- Make suggestions and recommendations for repair
- Coordinate with Purchase and Production Team to ensure delivery of products.
- The applicant should be proficient in understanding AUTO CAD drawings and execution of work according to them.
- Should have skills on every facet of interior decorators of large sites.
- Willingness to work PAN India on deputation on Interior sites project.

**Qualification**:

- **Graduate Degree/Diploma in Interior Designing.**:

- _**Minimum 6 months of experience in Modular Kitchen/Wardrobe**_ _**Segment would be preferred.**_
- Language: English and Tamil (required)
- Day shift + Overtime -- Ability to commute/relocate:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
