We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PRAMILA INCORPORATION. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and helping customers find the perfect tiles, sanitaryware, and paints for their homes and projects. If you have a passion for interior design, building materials, and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting the right tiles, sanitaryware, and paints based on their needs.
- Provide product knowledge, including features, benefits, and usage recommendations.
- Maintain the showroom, ensuring products are displayed neatly and in an organized manner.
- Handle sales transactions, process payments, and manage inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering product advice.
- Support marketing efforts by keeping up with promotions and new product arrivals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product lines, and competitors.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service focus with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift and move products as necessary.
- Prior experience in a showroom environment is a plus, but not required.
