An executive in our company is responsible for:

- **Making outbound calls**: Reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote and sell banking products and services.
- **Providing customer service**: Addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing information on banking products
- **Understanding customer needs**: Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- **Maintaining records**: Keeping accurate records of interactions and transactions
- **Following up with leads**: Maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential clients and following up with leads
- **Meeting targets**: Achieving monthly targets for lead conversion and loan closures
- **Staying up-to-date**: Keeping up with industry trends and product knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
