**Job Summary**:
MrMed is looking for "Customer Support Executive" Healthcare" to assist its customers for order support over telephone/ chat channels. As a Customer Relations Specialist - Healthcare, you will be the brand ambassador of MrMed and will be responsible for ensuring customers are always delighted by our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain and update customer records in tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and create reports for analysis.

**Qualifications**
- 0 to 2 years of experience in voice/ semi voice process in a non-tech role
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Fluent in Hindi is must
