**Job Title: Social Media Executive Department**:
Marketing Reports to: Head of Marketing

Job Overview:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for crafting, managing, and executing the social media strategy for our clean beauty skincare brand.

This role requires an individual with a passion for skincare and sustainability, as well as a deep understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management
- Develop and manage a content calendar for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand’s ethos of clean beauty.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and other content creators for high-quality multimedia content. Community Engagement
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Foster a community around clean beauty and skincare, encouraging discussions and feedback. Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and content using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and ROI to the marketing team. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, product launches, and promotions.
- Collaborate with influencers and bloggers for wider reach and impact. Market Research
- Stay updated with the latest trends in clean beauty, skincare, and social media.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market. Brand Ambassadorship
- Represent the brand’s values and ethics in all communications.
- Participate in events and activities as required to promote the brand.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design.
- Knowledge of digital marketing practices, including SEO and content marketing.
