**Requirements & Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strong Clinical Expertise** - Hands-on experience with aesthetic skin treatments such as HydraFacial, laser toning, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and medi-facials.
- **Excellent Patient Care Skills** - Ability to assess skin concerns, recommend personalized treatment plans, and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
- **Conversion-Focused Approach** - Proven ability to confidently consult, explain treatment benefits, and convert walk-in or inquiry clients into paying patients.
- **Marketing & Social Media Awareness** - Comfortable appearing in or creating engaging content (reels, stories, testimonials) for clinic promotions.
- **Strong Communication Skills** - Fluent in English ,Hindi and marati ; able to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
- **Sales Orientation** - Experience in recommending skincare products and treatment packages with authenticity and confidence.
- **Professional Grooming & Presentation** - Must reflect the polished, elegant image of a premium aesthetic clinic.
- **Team Player with Initiative** - Works well with doctors and staff, takes responsibility for maintaining client relationships and clinic standards.
- **Updated Knowledge** - Keeps up with the latest aesthetic technologies, skincare trends, and treatment techniques.
- **Minimum 2-3 Years of Experience** - Preferably in an aesthetic, dermatology, or luxury beauty clinic environment.
