**Position**: Guest Relations Executive
**Location**: Bandra West, Mumbai
**Experience Required**: 2 years to 4 years

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Arrival & Departure**:

- Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in/check-out, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.
- **Information & Assistance**:

- **Complaint Resolution**:

- Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Liaise with housekeeping, front desk, F&B, and other departments to fulfil guest needs and requests.
- Manage VIP guest arrivals/departures, including special arrangements and preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date records of guest information, preferences, and service reports.Ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction in alignment with hotel standards.
- Inform guests about ongoing offers, services, and packages.
