We are expanding our presence and are looking for a Branding & Social Media Marketing Expert to help us grow our brand and increase our digital reach.

We're looking for a **Branding & Social Media Marketing Expert** to help expand our silver jewelry brand. If you're skilled in influencer marketing, content creation, events, and paid social strategies, we'd love to hear from you

We are seeking an experienced and creative Branding & Social Media Marketing Expert to lead our brand’s social media efforts and influencer collaborations. You will be responsible for crafting strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and engage our community through organic and paid marketing efforts. This role involves executing social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, event coordination, and content creation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to grow brand visibility and engagement.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for partnerships, giveaways, and paid collaborations.
- Plan and coordinate photoshoots and brand events, ensuring high-quality content for digital campaigns.
- Execute paid social media campaigns and track their performance to optimize results.
- Create and manage a content calendar, producing engaging posts, stories, and videos that align with our brand identity.
- Develop strategies for organic growth through user-generated content, and community engagement.
- Run Instagram and Facebook stories focused on selling products and connecting with the audience.
- Plan and execute giveaways and contests to increase follower count and engagement.
- Monitor trends in the jewelry and fashion industry, adapting strategies to stay relevant.
- Track key metrics to evaluate the success of social media strategies and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing, brand collaborations, and influencer marketing for e-commerce or fashion brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Experience coordinating events, photoshoots, and creative content production.
- Skills in content creation (photos, videos, reels) and a good eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Passion for jewelry, fashion, and lifestyle trends is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
- Experience working with jewelry or fashion brands.
- Understanding of SEO and organic marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
