Role Overview:

Were on the lookout for a Content & Brand Creative Executive who can plan, create, and execute content that resonates with our audience and builds our community. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who lives and breathes fashion trends, loves Pinterest boards, is glued to Instagram Reels, and has a strong visual storytelling sense.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Planning & Creation: Build monthly content calendars for Instagram & other social media platforms
  • Reels & Stories Execution: Shoot, edit, and post engaging content aligned with trends
  • Photoshoots & Styling: Assist in product shoots, lifestyle shoots, and brand storytelling sessions
  • Founder Collaboration: Work closely with the founder to bring the brand's creative vision to life
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, approach, and coordinate with influencers for collaborations
  • Trend Spotting: Stay updated on fashion and social media trends to keep the brand fresh
  • Brand Representation: Be open to featuring in reels, stories, and brand social content as needed
  • Community Engagement: Manage comments, DMs, and interact with followers to build a loyal audience

Skills & Requirements

  • Passion for fashion, styling, and visual content creation
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Reels, and trending formats
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools (Photoshop/Lightroom a plus)
  • Basic photography & videography skills using a phone or camera
  • Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
  • Comfortable being on camera for content
  • Comfortable in being featured in brand reels (MUST HAVE)
  • 0–1 years of experience in a similar role (freshers welcome if skilled & creative)
