**Annual Salary package**: 4,00,000 P.A To 4,25,000.00 P.A.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights
- Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights

- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

**Requirements and skills**:

- Working experience as Brand team member or Associate Brand Manager
- Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Good understanding of the full marketing mix
- Good analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Good communication skills
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Experience in Brand (Marketing) under Media house.

**Salary**: Up to ₹425,000.00 per year

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
