We are urgently hiring a **Factory Floor Coordinator
- Interior designing Industry.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate every machine operation.
- Monitor every operation(All Phases) and ensure it meets deadlines.
- Manage a team of machine operators & Carpentry Helpers.
- Manage & Communicate with workers regarding work.
- Communicate with management and provide daily reports.
- Inspect every phase regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Coordinate and provide instruction to the supervising team & interior installation team.
- Educating carpentry helpers & workers on safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing factory safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Maintaining an accurate record of employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of workers and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that interior projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Ensure Q&C of finished goods.
- Monitor insulation team & despatching team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret blueprints.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
