Interior Site Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage on-site activities to ensure that interior design plans are executed according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the design team to interpret design drawings, blueprints, and 3D visualizations, translating them into actionable on-site tasks.
- Utilize 3D visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit) to generate and interpret visual representations that aid in on-site decision-making and problem-solving.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and smooth workflow during the execution phase.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and provide solutions to maintain design integrity.
- Document and report on-site progress, challenges, and solutions to the project manager and design team.
- Assist in resolving technical issues or discrepancies between design intent and on-site implementation through the use of 3D visualization tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Interior Design Site Supervisor or similar role, preferably with expertise in 3D visualization.
- Proficiency in 3D visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit) to interpret and create visual representations of design concepts.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee on-site activities, manage teams, and ensure project timelines are met.
- Understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and materials.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
