**Job description**

We are urgently hiring a **Modular Interior Site Supervisor.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor every project and ensure it meets deadlines.
- Manage a team of installers/carpenters.
- Manage & Communicate with customers on their requirements and concerns.
- Communicate with management and provide daily reports.
- Inspect sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Educating site installers/carpenters on installation safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Maintaining an accurate record of installation employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of installation employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that interior projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Experienced site supervisor/Coordinator in modular interior product site execution.
- A diploma in Civil Engineering / Btech/BE Civil will be an additional benefit
- Knowledge about CAD drawings is a must
- Minimum 1-3 years of Experience is a must

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret blueprints.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
