**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to stay informed about market changes.
- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote products/services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns.
- **Lead Generation(leads provided from our end)**:

- Generate leads through various channels such as digital marketing, cold calling, and networking.
- Qualify leads and manage the lead nurturing process.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions, sales, and lead activities.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales and marketing metrics.
- **Communication and Presentation**:

- Create compelling sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, both in writing and verbally.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure a consistent brand message.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
