**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Supplier and Network Management**
- Arrange and install network as directed by the senior network engineer.
- Screen network performance and report findings to immediate supervisor.
- Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., switches, load

balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Investigate network issues and blackouts; redesign and work together with Supervisor.
- Create and implement measures, traits, and access check to secure network frameworks
- Provide Technical support for people using the network.
- Maintain list of outstanding suppler actions/defaults/issues.
- Management and maintenance and ensuring maximum availability of this network is a

primary function.
- Improve levels of service delivery (time to deliver, reliability in service)
- Manage to high standards all equipment room management and patching
- Review and refresh published SLA and support material for client’s use
- Review and contribute to technology related marketing material.**2.Voice Service Management**:

- Configure and manage delivery of Voice services to customers
- Standard supplies will be templated.
- Working with Mitel/Cisco IPT leading edge technologies, the role will require knowledge of

have some knowledge or familiarity with the terms and functionality of the above.
- The role will include the physical re-patching of Cat6 cabling to provide connectivity and various

telephony software administration and programming. Patching records must be updated and aninventory of handsets, patch leads, extension leads maintained.**3. Internal (Business Support) Technology provision**
- Desktop Support to Team. Ensure adequate and timely levels of end user desktop and
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware,
- Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are

successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, andmedia is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
- Liaison and relationship with Suppliers

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
