**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To coordinate with external hiring managers/executives preferably from tier -1 companies in recruiting for IT professionals.
- To represent the company at careers fairs and recruitment events/ campus placements
- To promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work at job fair events.
- To plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- To contact industry professionals and tap strong referrals.
- To forecast monthly and quarterly hiring needs department
- wise.

**KEY SKILL SET**:
1. Advanced negotiation skills

2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Experience with report writing and data analytics.

4. Proficient in using ATS and HR databases

5. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies

6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with external hiring contacts from professional networks.

7. Familiarity with recruitment technology and tools

8. Strong research and sourcing abilities.

9. Willing to extensively travel towards hiring purposes.

**Qualification**:Any degree or equivalent.

**Experience**: Maximum 3 Years of relevant experience.
**Gender**: Male.
**Job Location**: Coimbatore (Work from Office).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
