Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our team to target the US market. The role involves generating leads, cold calling potential clients, setting appointments, and driving new business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform outbound cold calls to potential customers in the US market.
- Identify prospects' needs and offer relevant solutions/services.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective follow-ups and CRM management.
- Set up qualified meetings and demos for the senior sales team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Document all activities in CRM software and provide regular reports to management.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (American English accent is a plus).
- Prior experience in cold calling / outbound sales for the US market.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working during US business hours (Night Shift in India).
- CRM familiarity (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is an advantage.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in US lead generation, inside sales, or international cold calling preferred.
