We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving on-field sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. This role involves extensive field visits, client meetings, and market research to expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular on-field visits to prospective and existing clients to promote company products/services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates to management.
  • Negotiate contracts, handle customer objections, and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of on-field sales experience preferred (fresh MBA graduates may also apply).
