**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and lead conversion strategies.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:

- Handle negotiations to close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Ensure contracts and agreements are complete and accurately processed.
- **Customer Success Handoff**:

- Partner with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- **Market Feedback & Reporting**:

- Provide insights and feedback to the product team on customer requirements and market trends.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in selling B2B SaaS products.
- Knowledge of AI or productivity tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in startups or high-growth environments.
