**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide visionary leadership and set the overall direction for the school.
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet state and federal standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture.
- Supervise and evaluate teachers and staff, providing feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee student admissions, attendance, and discipline policies.
- Manage the school budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
- Communicate regularly with parents, community members, and stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to improve student achievement and school performance.
- Develop and implement school policies and procedures.
- Represent the school at community events, meetings, and educational conferences.
- Foster strong relationships with the school board, parents, and the community.
- Address and resolve conflicts and issues that arise within the school.
- Promote a safe and healthy learning environment for all students.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Administrative certification or credential is preferred.
- Proven experience in an educational leadership role, preferably as a Principal or Assistant Principal.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, and parents.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and administrative software.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Joka, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
