**Job Title**: Principal - ICSE Campus / CBSE Campus
**Location**: NEWTOWN & ASHRAM
**Reports To**: Director / Management

**Position Overview**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Master’s Degree in English or Science**:

- **B.ED(mandatory).**:

- **Minimum 10 years of teaching experience and at least 3-5 years in a school leadership role of Principal.**:

- Strong knowledge of ICSE/CBSE curriculum, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to implement digital tools in academics and administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership aligned with the respective board (ICSE/CBSE) norms.
- Ensure curriculum delivery, implementation of innovative pedagogical practices, and high academic standards.
- Supervise and mentor teachers, promote professional development, and foster a collaborative culture.
- Drive school improvement initiatives and institutional goals.
- Build and maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and board guidelines.
- Promote a positive school culture focused on values, discipline, and holistic student development.
- Plan and manage school events, academic calendar, and examination schedules.
