**FIBC Assembly**

1. To prepare daily production reports, cutting & wastage reports.

2. To manufacture bags as per customer specification with acceptable quality.

3. To create positive working environment & encourage team work.

4. To train tailors as per their development needs & upgrade skills of workers.

5. To manage and motivate contractor and look after him

6. To ensure safety and housekeeping

7. To ensure work is completed in given time frame
