**Preferred Industry Experience**:

- Bank/NBFC with experience in sales of retail assets (unsecured)
- Merchant banking sourced through Direct Sourcing, including Telecom (Post-Paid), Credit Cards, and Direct Sales in other segments

**Desired Experience**:

- Relevant experience of 6 Month to 2 years in any unsecured loan product, preferably Business Loans, with Direct Sourcing experience

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the product offering clearly
- Ability to explain the product to merchants
- Proficient in Cold Calling and Direct Sourcing activities
- Good knowledge of Local Market Sales dynamics
- Independently handle sales calls and inquiries
- Manage and execute local sales promotions
- Achieve targeted loan disbursements
- Ensure the smooth flow of processes related to credit and operations
- Build and maintain a profitable loan portfolio

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong customer focus
- Energetic and willing to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Knowledge of the financial services industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum educational qualification: Any Graduate / 12th Pass

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
