As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for understanding, handling, and coordinating the entire customer support journey for our clients, and delivering an exceptional support experience.

**You must have impeccable reading, writing, and communication (English) skills & hands-on Excel skills**

**Responsibilities**
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Analyzing and reporting product discrepancies
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues (including basic technical) are resolved
- Interpersonal skills to interact positively with the team
- Should have proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and hands-on Excel skills

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of support experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication & written skills
- Good knowledge & experience with CRMs & Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English & Hindi (Other languages known would be an added bonus)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
