**Accounts Work**:
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Understand expense accounts and cost centres wise
- General-ledger data entry: Purchase, Journal, Contra, Payment, Credit Note/ Debit Note, Stock Transfer, etc.
- Generate purchase orders when necessary
- Obtain and print signatures on all checks
- Accounting Software Experience: Tally, Busy
**Dispatch Planning: -**
- Delivers items to customers by verifying orders.
- Day to day Sale order Planning
- Arranges transportation.
- Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements, and placing/expediting orders.
- Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading, reconciling quantities, and noting discrepancies.
- Required Advance Excel: Vlookup, Pivot table, Hlookup, SUMIF, etc.
Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
