Jhpiego is hiring for the position of Data Coordinator to be based at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The Data Coordinator will anchor the relevant Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) activities at the state level as per the pre-approved project workplans. This position requires experience in coordinating health data management with stakeholders, mainly national and state governments and project teams based at district, state, and national levels. S/he should be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines and have working knowledge of data handling tools/softwares.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate timely collection, collation, compilation and dissemination of data pertaining to assigned projects.
- Support project field offices in data management.
- Verify accuracy of the data by performing periodic data quality checks; prepare and submit reports to the supervisor.
- Assist in data collection and conduct field visits for follow-up assessments as needed.
- Conduct/ support trainings of the data record reporters of the project facilities as needed.
- Develop and maintain database for capturing the project data and maintenance of queries and programs for analysis and related reports.
- Support supervisor/MERL team lead in analyzing data, developing dashboards and generating relevant graphs and information.
- Support in developing relevant dashboards for data visualization purposes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream and certificate in advance excel.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compiling and analyzing Public Health Data at State/National level.
- Working experience in development of Data Management Tools for Public Health Data is desirable.
- Working experience with government data portals (HMIS, AB-HWC portal, NIKSHAY, ANMOL etc.) is desirable.
- Working experience of Advance Excel with Macro Programming is desirable.
