Profile: Customer Support Executive

Roles & Responsibility:

- Making daily inbound and outbound calls
- Resolving customer complaints and queries.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
- Providing clients with the necessary product information

**Requirements**:
1. Graduated

2. No. of year experience: 1-3year

4. Good communication skills

5. Can join us immediately.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barakhamba, Delhi - 110001, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
