The Guest Relations Manager in a real estate company serves as a key point of contact for clients, potential buyers, and other stakeholders. This role ensures that guests, tenants, and clients experience excellent service throughout their engagement with the company. The position combines customer service, communication, and property management skills to create a positive impression and ensure smooth processes in both residential and commercial real estate environments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction & Service**:
- Greet clients and visitors, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Address client inquiries regarding property listings, features, and services.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients and guests, both online and in-person.
- **Property Tours & Presentations**:
- Conduct property tours for prospective clients, showcasing key features of the properties.
- Provide detailed information on available properties, pricing, and real estate market trends.
- Assist clients in visualizing the potential of the property, both in its current and future state.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and tenants.
- Follow up with leads to answer questions, provide updates, and nurture sales opportunities.
- Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- **Coordination & Scheduling**:
- Schedule appointments and coordinate property viewings, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Work closely with sales and leasing teams to ensure timely follow-ups with leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and appointments.
- **Client Communication**:
- Prepare and deliver communication materials, such as brochures, contracts, and information packets.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (sales, marketing, legal) to ensure consistent information flow.
- Manage client feedback and ensure that concerns are addressed professionally and promptly.
- **Event & Property Launch Support**:
- Assist in organizing open houses, property events, or promotional campaigns.
- Ensure guests feel welcomed and informed during property launch events or presentations.
- Help with event logistics, including catering, guest lists, and event set-up.
- **Data & Reporting**:
- Track guest and client interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on client engagement, visitor traffic, and conversion rates.
- Help in assessing guest satisfaction and making recommendations for service improvements.
- **Market Awareness**:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and new developments.
- Provide clients with valuable insights and advice on real estate investments or rental opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive properties in the market to address client concerns effectively.
- **Support to Sales/Leasing Team**:
- Assist sales and leasing teams with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide information about prospective buyers or tenants to help close deals.
- Ensure that client feedback and preferences are communicated to sales/leasing teams for better-tailored offerings.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and current industry trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
**Experience and Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or real estate is preferred.
- Knowledge of local real estate market dynamics and regulations.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive salary based on experience, with potential performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
