**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Creation: Develop campaigns, strategies, and calendars tailored to client needs and their target markets - India, USA, UK, UAE, and Australia.
- Advertising: Formulate paid advertisement tactics and content.
- Creative Liaison: Collaborate with the design team to produce creatives for all visual placements.
- Pitch Development: Create compelling strategies for pitch decks and present solutions to the clients.
- Client Coordination: Manage and coordinate with onboarded clients, assist them in solving queries, provide necessary data, and brainstorm future strategies.
- Third-Party Coordination: Manage relationships with third parties involved in the execution of social media marketing plans.
- Research: Regularly research insights, trends, and markets to enhance knowledge and stay updated in the field.
- Creative Brainstorming: Actively brainstorm and pitch creative ideas.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a marketing agency.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and strategies.
- Knowledge and experience in Meta campaigns, brand launch, reel script conceptualisation & shooting, copywriting, and branding.
- Experience working with clients in both domestic and international markets.
- Excellent collaborative, communication, presentation, extemporary, and design thinking skills.
- Strong educational background reflecting comprehensive knowledge of marketing fundamentals.

**Work Hours**:
Monday to Friday : 9:30am to 7:00pm

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
