**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc).
- Create and curate high-quality content that aligns with the brand's voice and values.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement social media campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze social media insights and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of scheduled posts and campaigns.
- Assist with influencer outreach and partnership initiatives to expand the brand's reach and audience.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential threats.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging with audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
