Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms (Facebook,

Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Create and manage content calendars to ensure that content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that social media campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for social media integration.
- Engage with customers and followers on social media platforms and respond to inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms to increase reach and engagement.
- Manage social media budgets and ensure that campaigns are cost-effective.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure social media performance metrics.
- Creative and strategic thinker.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media scheduling and management tools such as

Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and how to create and manage campaigns.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
