What We're Looking For:

1+ years of experience managing social media for a brand

Pro at Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms

Passionate about content creation with a keen eye for trends and visuals

Able to plan, ideate, and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns

Comfortable with shoots, reels, and creative direction

Always updated on the latest formats, trends, and tools

Skilled in community engagement and brand storytelling

Collaborative mindset—ready to work with design, marketing, and product teams

This Role Isn't For You If:

You prefer only managing without creating content

You're not up to date with trends, formats, and platform changes

You can't create or edit content yourself

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement content strategies across social platforms

Ideate and deliver brand-led campaigns with engaging copy

Coordinate with agencies and platforms for seamless execution

Analyze performance and optimize campaigns for growth

Support branding, influencer partnerships, and content creation

What You Bring:

Strong communication & coordination skills

Analytical thinking with attention to detail

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms & marketing tools

A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
