**Position Title**:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Officer Position Summary: The CRM Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer experiences. They will utilize CRM software and tools to manage customer data, track interactions, and optimize customer journeys across various touchpoints. The role involves analyzing customer behavior and feedback to create tailored solutions, promote customer retention, and improve overall satisfaction. Additionally, the CRM Officer collaborates with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships and satisfaction.
Manage and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create personalized campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty.
CRMs like Sales force, Lead Squared, Zoho, etc., would be an advantage.
Monitor customer service issues and work to resolve concerns promptly.
Provide reports on customer behavior, satisfaction levels, and CRM system performance. Train staff on CRM tools and best practices for managing customer relationships.
Maintain a high level of customer knowledge and stay current with industry trends.
Create and maintain periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on key business metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
Provide detailed reports to management, aiding in decision-making processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas), SQL, and data management software.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
