Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Noida

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with 1-3 years of experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product/service presentations and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to enhance sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Education Sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
