**About the role**:
**Responsibilities:
- **
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business.
- Contact prospects to qualify leads.
- Research and maintain lead generation database.
- Provide accurate and timely information to management.
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Experience with cold calling and using CRM.
- Identifying potential clients through various sources like LinkedIn, sales navigator etc.
- Classify cold, hot and warm leads based on their need, budget and decision-making capabilities.
- Organize and keep the lead status updated in CRM/Excel sheet.
- Interact professionally with the key contacts at potential clients, existing clients and other stakeholders via various communication medium.
- Data mining through various available sources like Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and Google search etc. and create database.
- Prepare and distribute business proposals to pre-qualified and interested prospects/clients.
- Co-ordinate with the internal team as per the client’s requirement i.e. Marketing/IT/Operations.
- Arranging/attending calls as per the client requirement with other teams or leaders.
