**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting company offerings and building strong client relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients to showcase properties and projects.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's real estate portfolio, including residential and commercial properties.
- Actively follow up with leads to convert prospects into buyers and achieve sales targets.
- Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information about property features, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Build and maintain a strong client database and provide regular updates to the management.
- Assist clients with documentation and closing formalities during the property buying process.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and other sales-related software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
