**Job Summary**:
The Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and staff. You’ll manage administrative tasks, support internal departments, and help foster a productive and professional work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and room bookings
- Prepare quotation and SO
- Assist with internal communications and scheduling
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office space
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in an office support or administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
