Content Curator

**I. JOB PURPOSE**

Responsible for working alongside Reporting/ Immediate Manager and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties and collaborating with various teams to increase a company’s efficiency and profitability. Enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides and marketing copy also communicate ideas to inspire the captivate audience. Deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

**II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**
- Meet with clients or the Project co-ordinator to determine their scope in projects
- Advise content strategies to reach a particular audience
- Create content pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers, and boost our brand awareness
- Become an influencer who makes an impact on the company and within the industry through the production of digital content
- Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and simply, provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms
- Compose product descriptions to promote our products and services
- Updating our Portfolio with articles
- Research using multiple sources
- Meet design thinking work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications
- Contribute to the localization of process and content to ensure consistency across regions
- Work together with different departments to create innovative content ideas
- Oversee websites, our blogs, and pitch articles to third-party platforms effectively
- Edit content produced by other members of the team
- Assure all-around consistency for textual styles, fonts, and tones in the content
- Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
- Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
- Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence
- Measure impact and perform analysis to improve KPIs
- Manage the company’s social media content
- Learn how to use online and offline tools the company has adopted
- Investigate the market and come up with new strategies
- Diversify content so it can be reformatted across platforms and audiences
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neede

**Technical Skills**
- Keen knowledge in content creation
- Familiarity with web publications.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems

- Up to date with knowledge and skills of technology relating to the services offered

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,138.80 - ₹20,322.93 per month
