We are expanding our content team and looking for a .NET Content Curator who can transform real-world skills into structured, pedagogically sound learning experiences.

Role Overview

The .NET Content Curator will be responsible for designing, organizing, validating, and enhancing .NET learning content across modules, assessments, projects, hands-on labs, and skill tracks.

This role is ideal for someone with strong .NET fundamentals who enjoys content quality, structuring, review, and learning experience design more than full-time coding.

Key Responsibilities
Content Curation & Design

  • Curate and structure .NET learning paths across skill levels (Beginner → Advanced).

  • Convert technical concepts into clear, engaging, and outcome-driven learning materials.

  • Review and refine tutorial scripts, coding challenges, assessments, quizzes, and hands-on labs.

  • Align all content with industry standards and job-role competencies (Full-Stack .NET, Backend .NET, API Developer, etc.).

Quality Review & Validation

  • Evaluate code samples, solutions, and explanations to ensure technical correctness.

  • Validate project scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria created by content developers.

  • Ensure consistency in coding style, structure, naming conventions, and best practices.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with content developers, SMEs, and product teams to maintain content quality.

  • Provide constructive feedback to improve learning flow, clarity, and depth.

  • Ensure projects and assessments follow iamneo's auto-evaluation, test-case, and difficulty-level frameworks.

Content Maintenance

  • Update content based on framework changes (e.g., .NET 8/9 updates).

  • Maintain versioning of learning paths, modules, and project content.

  • Audit content periodically for relevance and accuracy.

Preferred Technical Skills

Core .NET Skills

  • C#, ASP.NET Core MVC/Web API

  • Entity Framework Core

  • SQL Server (queries, relationships, stored procedures)

  • Basic understanding of microservices & REST architecture

Good-to-have

  • Familiarity with Angular or any front-end framework

  • Knowledge of NUnit/xUnit for testing

  • Exposure to cloud basics (Azure/AWS)

  • Understanding of clean architecture and SOLID principles

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2–8 years of experience in .NET development or technical training/teaching.

  • Strong understanding of .NET fundamentals and ability to review code written by others.

  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into digestible learning content.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy, clarity, and learner outcomes.

  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in technical content creation or curriculum design.

  • Experience writing coding challenges, MCQs, test cases, or project specs.

  • Exposure to LMS/LXP platforms or EdTech content workflows.
