**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and respond to incoming customer chats in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or forward queries to the concerned department.
- Collaborate with other teams for issue resolution and operations support.
- Learn and use internal tools and platforms effectively.
- Assist in daily operational activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound judgment and common sense in handling queries.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with a willingness to take initiative.
- Educational background in Business, IT, or related fields is preferred (not mandatory).

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
