**What you will do**
- Drive the highest levels of customer service and stability
- Monitor the environment to proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting service levels
- Configure alerts on the system to identify issues before they cause system outages.
- Foster technical and procedural excellence within the IT department for Finance systems - Workday Integration and processes
- Coordinate with other IT departments to facilitate requirements, objectives, and manage Incidents
- Participate in after-hours escalations and maintenance as needed
- Partner with IT management and internal customers to communicate and implement necessary changes to keep the environments current, stable, and secure

**Job Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 0-1 years of total experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic; someone capable of taking ownership of a task and seeing it through to completion
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and flexible environment with changing priorities.
- Be available as necessary to work after hours to support project goals and timelines including on weekends on need basis.
- Excellent knowledge of Object Oriented Concepts, knowledge in Java and a solid understanding of Relational Databases (Oracle preferred)
