**Job Summary**:
The Quality Controller plays a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards for all Sunrise Impex products. This position requires a meticulous and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of quality control principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Incoming Raw Material Inspection**:

- Inspect incoming raw materials (e.g., herbs, spices, sweeteners) for quality, authenticity, and compliance with established specifications and standards (organic, natural, etc.).
- Conduct thorough physical and sensory examinations, including visual inspections, aroma checks, and taste tests.
- Document inspection findings and maintain accurate records.
- **In-Process Quality Control**:

- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular checks on production lines to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
- Work closely with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- **Finished Goods Inspection**:

- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with product specifications and customer requirements.
- Conduct final product inspections, including visual checks, weight checks, and packaging integrity checks.
- Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards before shipment.
- **Quality Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and prepare reports on quality performance.
- Track and monitor key quality indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Compile and submit regular quality reports to management.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to minimize defects and maximize product quality.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and quality control methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in a Quality Control role within the food or beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 9001, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
