**Roles and Responsibilities**

Inspection & Testing
- Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Use various measuring tools and test equipment to assess product quality.
- Ensure products meet established specifications and quality standards.

Documentation
- Record inspection data, test results, and non-conformance issues in detailed reports.
- Maintain and file quality records, inspection logs, and test reports.
- Generate reports on inspection findings, summarizing key issues and suggesting corrective actions.

Defect Identification & Reporting
- Identify, document, and communicate any defects, irregularities, or non-conformances in the production process.
- Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure defective products are properly quarantined and isolated to prevent shipment.

Compliance & Standards
- Ensure products comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
- Assist with internal audits, customer audits, and external certification processes.
- Stay up to date on quality standards, best practices, and relevant regulations.

Continuous Improvement
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to improve quality control processes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce defects and improve production efficiency.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize quality assurance practices.

Collaboration & Training
- Provide guidance to operators and production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Train team members on proper inspection techniques and the use of testing equipment.
- Work with other departments (e.g., production, engineering, and supply chain) to ensure consistent quality across all stages of production.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
