Qualifications**:Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field. ** At least 6 months of experience in operations or a related field. **Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members. **Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules. ** Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming chall
