**Operations - Intern**
- Answers incoming customer calls explaining them about our product, answering service questions and general client concerns and convincing them to buy the product.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Assist in resolving customer issues by collaborating with internal teams and escalating complex problems when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum graduates in any stream
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in data entry and computer operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working with physical documents and maintaining filing systems.
- Previous experience in data entry, customer support, or related roles.
- Familiarity with CRM software or other data management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
