**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to students about study abroad options, courses, universities, and career pathways.
- Assess students' academic background, career goals, and financial capacity to recommend suitable programs and institutions.
- **Lead Management**:

- Handle inquiries from prospective students generated via online platforms, walk-ins, and referrals.
- **Application Process**:

- Provide guidance on visa requirements and processes.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
- Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and fairs to promote overseas education programs.
- **Market Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on admission timelines, new programs, visa policies, and international education trends.
- Provide insights to improve marketing strategies targeting B2C clients.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and counseling sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or related areas.
- **2+ years of experience** in B2C counseling for overseas education.
- Strong understanding of international education systems (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, France, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
