**Introduction**:
As a Gym Receptionist, you play a crucial role as the first point of contact for members and visitors. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the gym.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet members and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude, providing assistance and information as needed.
- **Front Desk Operations**: Manage the front desk, handle phone calls, and efficiently address inquiries and concerns.
- **Membership Management**: Assist in the registration and renewal of memberships, ensuring accuracy in records and payment processing.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule appointments for gym services, classes, and personal training sessions.
- **Information Dissemination**: Keep members informed about gym activities, promotions, and any relevant updates.
- **Cash Handling**: Manage cash transactions, maintain petty cash, and ensure proper accounting procedures.
- **Facility Maintenance**: Monitor the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area, promptly report maintenance issues, and liaise with appropriate staff for resolution.
- **Security**: Monitor access to the gym, verifying member identification, and ensuring a safe environment for all.

**Requirements**:

- **Professional Appearance**: Maintain a neat and professional appearance in line with the gym's standards.
