We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to join our team.

As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with administrative tasks, campaign coordination, data management, and backend operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in pre-sales tasks such as client communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, including customer and prospect lists.
- Monitor daily dispatches and keep clients informed about the status of their orders.
- Assist in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage backend tasks such as invoice processing, and maintaining records.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure sales goals are met and marketing efforts align with business objectives.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the reporting manager efficiently and on time.

**Requirements**:

- Any graduate can apply.
- 0-1 years of experience in marketing, sales, administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proactive Pre-Sales
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
